Concrete Repair of Parking Structures
Concrete surfaces in parking lots and garages are constantly subjected to heavy loads. In addition to vehicle traffic, they are exposed to freeze–thaw cycles and de-icing salts, which accelerate concrete deterioration. If damage is not repaired in time, it can quickly worsen and compromise the safety of the entire structure.
Our goal is to ensure that the concrete surfaces of your parking lot or parking garage remain durable, long-lasting, and visually appealing.
Removal of damaged concrete – by milling, ultra-high-pressure water jetting, or abrasive cleaning.
Reinforcement repair – rusty reinforcement is cleaned with sandblasting, treated with a corrosion barrier, and supplemented with additional reinforcement if required.
Concrete restoration – we use fast-hardening, high-compressive-strength, certified repair mortars from Sika AG to restore the protective layer, extend the service life of the structure, and increase load-bearing capacity. Repaired floor structures can be put back into service within just a few hours.

In parking garages and car parks, we specialize in the following repair works:
Restoration of protective layers on suspended slabs and ceilings
Restoration of floor surfaces and protective layers
Correction of floor slopes
Repair of posts and beams
Restoration of turning areas and entrance/exit ramps
Repair and profiling of construction and expansion joints
