Traveter Grupp installed new stainless steel (AISI 316L) ACO drainage channels and a floor drain in the production area floors of the Lantmännen Unibake Estonia AS bakery in Saue. The aim of the works was to create a durable, hygienic drainage and sewerage system suitable for daily use in the food industry.

The works included marking and diamond sawing of the existing concrete floor, removal of the old concrete and preparation of the substrate, including levelling and compacting the crushed stone base. We installed ACO Modular Box Channel stainless steel channels, an ACO floor drain and AISI 316 sewer pipework. After installation, the channels and pipework were cast in with special grouting concrete to ensure structural strength and long-term reliability. In addition, we renewed the elastic joints of the existing floor gratings with Sikaflex® PRO-3 sealant and completed the works with clean-up of the work area and disposal of construction waste.
