Expansion joint sealing. As the design had not addressed the watertightness of the expansion joint between the car park and the building, the expansion joints started leaking in rainy weather. The developer of the apartment building commissioned Traveter Grupp OÜ to seal the expansion joints separating the building and the car park. In brief, the work was carried out as follows: the substrate was cleaned and roughened, and the joints were covered with a special PVC joint tape bonded to the substrate with a special epoxy adhesive. To prevent damage, the joints were covered with plastic speed bumps.
