Waterproofing at the LaFerme development

At the LaFerme site, Traveter Grupp OÜ carried out waterproofing works to protect the building from water and moisture and to ensure a long service life for its structures.

We built a multi-layer waterproofing system on the green roofs and parking areas, using high-quality bituminous membranes, thermal insulation and drainage solutions to keep the structures watertight and to drain away rainwater. We paid close attention to detailing, carefully sealing every penetration, joint and connection where the risk of leaks is highest.

We also worked in the building’s basement and plinth area. We stopped rising damp in the masonry by injection, levelled the masonry and installed a new waterproofing layer. Before that, we removed the damaged surfaces and cleaned the structures so that the new system would perform as effectively as possible.

The result is a reliable, well-designed waterproofing solution that protects the building from both ground water and rainwater and helps prevent future moisture damage.
